Warranty

•A manufacturer’s warranty applies to all products when the product has been properly maintained and used in accordance with the user instructions and guidelines. Products damaged by any abuse, improper use or accident will not be covered under warranty. For further details please contact Customer Service on 07-44276087.

•No product warranties will be offered on obsolete or discontinued stock, unless otherwise specified.

 

GST

•All items will incur GST except for those listed in Schedule 3 to the GST Act or in Schedule 3 to the GST Regulations.

• Outstanding amounts owed to Nova Medical Australia may result in withholding shipment until full payment is received.

Nova Medical Australia reserves the right to charge 5% interest per month on overdue accounts.

•Prepayment of total order is required on any customised or special orders.

•Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Delivery

•Freight will be charged at a nominal rate with the exception of ‘bulky and/or heavy items’. Freight for ‘bulky and/or heavy items’ will be charged at actual cost. Please contact Customer Service on 07-44276087 for the specific rate freight charge applicable to your order.

• Free Freight to all of Queensland applies.

• Urgent Next Day Delivery or delivery to Regional areas may incur an additional freight charge. Please contact Customer Service for more details.

•Nova Medical Australia reserves the right to add an additional delivery charge on consignments which are refused delivery without justification.

•Any discrepancies between goods delivered and goods invoiced; incorrect or incomplete items; damaged items should be advised within five (5) working days.

•Claims made outside of the five (5) working day period may not be accepted.

 

Cancellation

•To cancel an order that has not been processed, please contact Customer Service on 07-44276087 as soon as possible. However, if an order has been processed and delivered, please refer to the Request for Credit and Product Returns Policy below.

 

Request for Credit and Product Returns

•Request for credit and product returns should be made within 10 working days from the receipt of goods. Please contact Customer Service on 07-44276087

•Products must be in its original packaging and in new and resalable condition.

•Products subject to expiry cannot be accepted if they are near or past their expiry date.

•No credit or product returns given on customised and/or special orders unless faulty.

•No credit or return is offered on obsolete and discontinued stock unless item received is faulty.

•Unauthorised use of this website may elicit a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

•This website may include links to other websites. These links are offered for your convenience to provide further information. Nova Medical Australia do not endorse the website(s) and we carry no responsibility for their content.

Payment Methods

Ownership (title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.

•All written quotations are valid for a period of 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

•Nova Medical Australia reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% for poor choice unless the return is faulty or due to an error by Nova Medical Australia.

• Nova Medical Australia must agree to the credit request prior to the return of the item. With credits only issued to the original purchaser and only following the receipt of the returned goods.

• Freight for product returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product return is faulty or due to an error by Nova Medical Australia.

•In accordance with Health Regulations we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personal hygiene and oral health products including,  (e.g. mattress protectors, sanitary care, toileting aids,  mouth guards, body supports, bathroom aids) unless faulty on receipt of products.
