SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

•Freight will be charged at a nominal rate with the exception of ‘bulky and/or heavy items’. Freight for ‘bulky and/or heavy items’ will be charged at actual cost. Please contact Customer Service on 07- 4427 6087  for the specific rate freight charge applicable to your order.

• Urgent Next Day Delivery or delivery to Regional areas may incur an additional freight charge. Please contact Customer Service for more details.

•Nova Medical Australia reserves the right to add an additional delivery charge on consignments which are refused delivery without justification.

•Any discrepancies between goods delivered and goods invoiced; incorrect or incomplete items; damaged items should be advised within five (5) working days.

•Claims made outside of the five (5) working day period may not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Policy

•Request for credit and product returns should be made within 10 working days from the receipt of goods. Please contact Customer Service on 0408 100 639

•Products must be in its original packaging and in new and resalable condition.

•Products subject to expiry cannot be accepted if they are near or past their expiry date.

•No credit or product returns given on customised and/or special orders unless faulty.

•No credit or return is offered on obsolete and discontinued stock unless item received is faulty.
